SnappyTix is an independent platform for discovering events and connecting with official organizers and ticket providers. These terms govern your use of this website.

1. What SnappyTix is

SnappyTix aggregates publicly available event listings from third-party sources and links you to each organizer's own registration or information page. SnappyTix does not sell tickets, process payments, hold funds, or fulfill or deliver tickets.

2. Third-party events and links

Events shown here are operated by independent organizers and platforms. When you follow a "Register / tickets" or "View official page" link you leave SnappyTix and are subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. SnappyTix is not the merchant of record and does not act as an agent, reseller, or ticket broker for any event.

3. Accuracy

Listing data (dates, venues, prices, availability) comes from upstream sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm details on the official event page before making plans or payments. SnappyTix makes no warranty as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, overload, or misuse the service or its API.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnappyTix is provided "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from third-party events, external purchases, or reliance on listing data. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and the organizer or their ticketing provider.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
