Where purchases happen
SnappyTix is a discovery catalog. When you tap "Register / tickets" or "View official page", you leave SnappyTix and complete any registration or payment on the organizer's own website. SnappyTix is not the merchant of record, does not take a commission on your purchase, does not resell tickets, and does not deliver or scan tickets.
Refunds, changes, and cancellations
Because your payment is made to the organizer or their ticketing platform, all refund, exchange, transfer, and cancellation requests must go to that provider. SnappyTix has no access to your order, payment, or personal booking details and therefore cannot process a refund on your behalf.
How to get help with an order
- Find the confirmation email or receipt from the site where you paid.
- Contact that organizer or ticketing platform directly using the details in your receipt.
- Refer to their posted refund and cancellation policy.
Listing problems
If a SnappyTix listing points to the wrong page or shows outdated details, treat the official organizer page as authoritative and confirm the current details there.
You can also tell us: every event page has a "Report listing issue" button for wrong details, a wrong official link, a cancelled or postponed event, or a request to remove a listing. A person reads each report and checks it against the organizer's official page. Sending a report does not by itself change or take down a listing, we cannot promise a turnaround time, and we cannot change anything on the organizer's own website.
None of this affects a purchase you already made with an organizer. SnappyTix has no access to that order, so a listing report is not a refund request — send those to the provider using the steps above.
Future hosted checkout
Direct SnappyTix checkout is still in development. If and when SnappyTix processes payments itself, this policy will be updated to describe the refund terms that apply to those specific transactions.
